Refund and Returns Policy
At Snow Blower Shop, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Period
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery or in-store pickup to request a return for most items. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Condition: The item must be unused, unassembled, and in the same condition that you received it.

Packaging: It must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer’s packaging.

Fuel/Oil: For safety and shipping regulations, gasoline-powered equipment cannot be returned once gas or oil has been added to the engine. If the unit has been fueled, it is considered “used” and may only be eligible for warranty repair (see Section 7).

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Gift cards

Used or fueled equipment

Electrical components and replacement parts (once opened)

Clearance or “Final Sale” items

Special orders (items ordered specifically at the customer’s request that are not part of our regular stock)
4. How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: Email our support team at info@snowblowershop.ca or visit our Edmonton location at 3751 99 St NW, Edmonton, AB T6E 6J7.

RA Number: If your return is approved via email, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee: Returns on large equipment (snow blowers, power tools) may be subject to a 15-20% restocking fee to cover inspection and repackaging costs.

Damaged on Arrival: If the product arrived damaged or defective due to our error, Snow Blower Shop will cover the return shipping costs.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
7. Exchanges and Warranty
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Since we sell high-quality machinery, most equipment is covered by a Manufacturer’s Warranty.

If your snow blower experiences mechanical issues after use, please contact us or an authorized service center for warranty repair rather than a return.

We can assist you in finding the nearest authorized service center for brands we carry.
